| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗胃癌患者术后淋巴结转移的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。方法选择2008年7月至2010年7月间海安县中医院收治的58例胃癌术后淋巴结转患者。按治疗方式为两组:A组,卡培他滨+奥沙利铂;B组,顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶。随访18个月比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 A、B组的临床获益率分别为55.1%、50.7%(P<0.05);病情控制率分别为89.6%、80.8%(P>0.05)。不良反应发生情况:B组的中性粒细胞减少率、胃肠道反应(呕吐、恶心)明显高于A组(P<0.05)。A、B组的1年生存率分别为61.2%、42.5%(P<0.05)。结论卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗胃癌术后淋巴结转的效果较为满意,有较好的临床效果,不良反应较少,应在临床广泛推广。
