| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor,GIST)的螺旋CT影像表现和诊断价值。方法对商丘市第三人民医院2007年1月至2010年12月收治的35例经手术病理证实的GIST患者的CT扫描表现进行回顾性分析。结果肿瘤位于胃部20例,食管2例,十二指肠5例,空肠4例,回肠2例,结肠2例。CT检查全部发现病变,肿瘤检查率为100%,CT检查良性16例,恶性19例。病理检查良性14例,恶性21例,CT定性准确度为88.6%。结论 GIST的螺旋CT表现有一定特征性,可帮助术前定位、定性和分级,是GIST诊断比较好的方法之一,对指导临床治疗和评价预后有重要价值。
