经尿道射精管口电切术治疗射精管梗阻性无精子症

目的 探索经尿道射精管口电切术治疗射精管梗阻引起的无精子症的效果。方法 对2000年6月～2005年10月收治的8例射精管梗阻无精子症的患者进行经尿道射精管口电切术治疗，术后随访。结果 术后3个月复查，8例患者精液量均增多，6例精子质量得到明显改善，2例已成功生育。结论 射精管梗阻是少数可通过手术治疗的梗阻性无精子症的原因之一，采用经尿道射精管口电切术治疗射精管梗阻性无精子症，能有效改善患者的预后，方法简单、安全、有效。

Treatment of azoospermia with ejaculatory duct obstruction by transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts

Objective] To investigate the effect of the treatment of azoospermia with ejaculatory duct obstruction by transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts.Methods] From June 2000 to October 2005,8 azoospermia with ejaculatory duct obstruction were treated by transurethral resection of the ejaculatory duct.Result] During the follow-up of 3 months after operation,ejaculate volume increased in all patients,and semen quality showed improvement in six cases,two patients' wives were pregnancy.Conclusion] Ejaculatory duct obstruction is a rare but treatable cause of male infertility,transrectal B-ultrasound examination is effective in diagnosis of ejaculatory duct obstruction and transurethral resection may be a safe and effective method of treatment for ejaculatory duct obstruction.
