摘    要:目的评价某建筑铝型材生产项目职业病危害控制措施的效果。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法与检测等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果建设项目的厂址选择、总平面布置、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、卫生防护设施基本符合国家有关法规要求,应急救援、职业卫生管理制度不健全。该项目生产过程中产生有毒有害因素主要有硫酸、氢氧化钠、粉尘(铝尘、尼龙66、锰尘)、氟化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氨、铬、噪声、高温、辐射热等。部分作业岗位噪声、一氧化碳、硫酸、粉尘监测结果不符合国家卫生标准,如熔炼车间的一氧化碳时间加权平均(TWA)浓度和短时接触浓度(STEL)均为16.8—200.0mg/m^3,氧化着色槽旁硫酸TWA和STEL均为1.05~12.10mg/m^3;表面处理车间喷涂处粉尘TWA浓度为15.75mg/m^3,STEL为7.0~77.0mg/m^3,锯棒处噪声强度为110dB(A)。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效可行,但仍存在一些问题,如能按该评价所提要求进行整改,可通过竣工验收。

Abstract: Objective ] To evaluate the occupational hazards control of a constructional aluminum profile production project. Methods ] On-site investigation, checklist and test, etc were adopted to evaluate the project. Results] Site selection, general layout, manufacturing technique and equipment layout, constructional hygienics, and sanitation safety facilities basically met the relevant national regulations, with defects remained in the emergency rescue and professional sanitation management system. The critical hazardous items produced during the production process included sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, dust( aluminum dust, nylon 66 and manganese dust ) , hydrogen fluoride, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, chromium, noise, high tperature, and radiant heat, etc. Noise, carbon monoxide, sulfuric acid and dust in some operation spots did not met national sanitation requirements. TWA and STEL of carbon monoxide in meltshop both werel6. 8 - 200. 0 mg/m^3 ; that of sulphuric acid beside oxidizing and coloring trough both were 1.05 - 12. 10 mg/m^3 ; that of dust in surface treatment workshop were 15.75 mg/maand 7.0 - 77.0 mg/m^3 respectively; noise intensity in sawing rods spot was110 dB( A ). Conclusion ] Occupational hazard control measures in this project are basically effective, though some defects remain. It will be accepted if the remedy is executed in accordance with proposals raised in this evaluation.
