乳腺癌术后放射治疗诱发肉瘤

目的　通过典型病例研究 ,了解乳腺癌术后放射治疗诱发肉瘤的一般规律及特点。方法　回顾性分析了 2例乳腺癌患者的详细病程。结果　 2例乳腺癌患者术后均曾行放射治疗 ,1例采用深部X线照射和辅助化疗 ,另 1例采用60 Co照射 ,未行辅助化疗。分别于治疗后 11年和 13年出现放射治疗野内的第 2原发癌 ,病理类型均是肉瘤。结论　对于放射治疗后 10年左右 ,单纯在放射治疗野内出现的异常情况 ,应警惕可能发生放射治疗诱发的肉瘤。

Radiation-induced sarcoma in breast cancer treated with postoperative radiotherapy

Objective To inquire into the carcinogenesis and basic features of radiation-induced sarcoma after adjuvant radiation therapy of breast cancer with clinical analysis of 2 typical cases. Methods Two breast cancer patients with postradiation sarcoma which developed ten- odd years after radiotherapy were reviewed retrospectively. Results Two patients had undergone adjuvant radiation therapy: one with X-ray irradiation and adjuvant chemotherapy, the other with postoperative 60 Co only. The radiation-induced sarcomas occurred in 11 and 13 years after the initial treatment of breast cancer. Conclusions A neoplasm, within the previously radiated area about 10-odd years, points out the possibility of carcinogenesis of radiation-associated sarcoma.
