五省市化工企业职业卫生工作现状调研与分析

目的通过对五省市化工企业职业病危害现状的抽样调查，分析现阶段化工行业职业卫生工作存在的问题，为职业卫生监管部门制订管理对策提供依据。方法制订化工企业职业病危害现状调研方案与调查表，对江苏省、贵州省、四川省、湖北省及北京市五省市随机抽取的化工企业职业病危害状况及职业卫生管理工作进行调查，采取动员、培训企业自填调查表与调查人员现场核实的调查形式。结果当前化工企业开展的职业卫生工作与《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的要求还存在相当大的差距。结论应进一步明确职业卫生监管部门的职责，积极推进《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的普及与实施。

Investigation on Situation of Occupational Health Work in Chemical Enterprises

Objective The occupational hazards existing in small and middle scale chemical industries and current occupational health work taken in these industries were surveyed to provide evidence base for the governmental supervision authority to establish management system. Methods Some small and middle scale chemical industries in Jiangsu, Guizhou, Sichuan and Hubei Provinces and Beijing Municipality were selected randomly and investigated with questionnaires. The occupational hazards in these enterprises and related occupational health work were surveyed. The survey was done based on self-report firstly and then audit by the professionals. Results The current occupational health work carried out in the chemical enterprise does not meet the requirement of the Law on Prevention of Occupational Disease of the People＇s Republic of China. Conclusion The responsibility of the supervision authority shall be further clarified and the Law on Prevention of Occupational Disease must be actively promoted and implemented.
