全身淋巴结肿大恶性肿瘤转移与良性肿大的超声鉴别

目的：探讨全身多个脏器恶性肿瘤的转移性淋巴结的声像图特征与其他原因引起的淋巴结肿大加以鉴别。方法：对29例通过CT、MRI、甲胎蛋白25（AFP）测定,超声引导下穿刺活检及手术治疗后确诊为恶肿瘤的患者应用Aloka,EOB-525,超声仪和DiasonicFX彩色多普勒超声仪进行检测。结果：29例恶性肿瘤患者均有不同程度的淋巴结转移。结论：正确认识转移恶性循环淋巴结肿大,早期发现恶性肿瘤的转移,对临床治疗具有非常重要的意义。

Conclusion： Correctly understand the lymph node metastasis, Early phase discover metastasis of malignant tumor, Have the very important clinical value in treatment.
