| 摘 要： | 目的 观察新型消毒剂保尔康消毒液临床消毒效果。方法 分别应用保尔康消毒液和碘伏消毒液对手术者手臂皮肤、患者手术区皮肤、止血钳及手术室空气等进行消毒 ,取上述消毒后相同部位皮肤和止血钳处及空气消毒后标本 ,进行细菌培养 ,观察消毒效果。结果 保尔康消毒液的消毒效果与碘伏消毒液比较 ,前者明显优于后者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 保尔康消毒液具有较强的消毒作用 ,效果可靠

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical disinfection effects of a new type of disinfectant,Baoerkang.Methods The skin on hands and arms of the operators,skin in the operation field of patient,hemostatic forceps and air in the operating room were disinfected respectively by Baoerkang disinfectant and iodine tincture,then samples of skin,forceps and air in the same area were collected for bacterial culture and thus the disinfected effects were observed.Results By comparison,the disinfected effects of Baoerkang were obviously better than iodine tincture(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoerkang disinfectant has a strong,reliable disinfection. |
