摘    要:研究大鼠急性脑损伤后腺苷含量变化及其生代代谢。方法:采用大鼠液压脑损伤模型,用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠脑损伤前后脑皮质内腺苷和肌苷含量。结果:大鼠脑损伤后10min,伤侧大脑皮质内腺苷含量即明显升高,与对伤后30min升至最高值,伤后2h腺苷含量恢复正常水平。结论腺苷参与继发性脑损伤后的病理生理过程。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the changes of adenosine concentration in cerebral cortex after experimental brain injury and its biochemical metabolism. Methods: In rat fluid percussion brain injury model, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to measure the concentration of adenosine and inosine in brain cortex before and after trauma. Results: A sharp increase of adenosine concentration occurred immediately after brain injury. Thirty minutes after trauma the adenosine concentration reached the highest peak ( P <0.01), and returned to normal level 2 hours later. Inosine changed in the same way with the time of returning to normal level delayed slightly. Conclusion: Adenosine participates in the pathophysiology process after second brain injury.
