摘    要:目的:探讨早期应用氟西汀治疗对急性脑卒中患者超敏C反应蛋白和神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2012年2月~2014年10月收治的144例急性脑卒中患者,采用随机的方式分为实验组72例和对照组72例,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分大于21分,两组患者均采取常规治疗方案及康复护理计划,实验组在常规治疗基础上加用氟西汀。对治疗后两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)进行分析。结果:两组治疗后HAMD、MMSE、hs-CRP比较,实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:早期使用氟西汀治疗急性脑卒中,能够有效降低hs-CRP水平改善神经功能缺损症状,值得临床推广。

Effect of early application of fluoxetine on the recovery of C reactive protein and neurological function in patients with acute stroke
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of early application of fluoxetine on the recovery of C reactive protein and neurological function in patients with acute stroke. Methods:144 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were treated in hospital from February 2012 to October 2014. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group (72 cases)and control group (72 cases). The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) was more than 21 points. The two groups were treated with routine cerebral apoplexy. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD), Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE) and hs-CRP(C) of the two groups were analyzed. Results:The two groups after treatment MMSE, hs-CRP, HAMD, the experimental group was significantly better than control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The early use of fluoxetine in the treatment of acute stroke patients, can effectively reduce the hs-CRP level and improve the symptoms of neurological deficits, it is worth clinical application.
