瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注在老年肿瘤患者手术麻醉中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注在老年肿瘤患者手术麻醉中的应用价值。方法:选择2011年10月~2015年3月来我院行肿瘤切除术的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用瑞芬太尼静脉复合麻醉,观察组行瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注麻醉。观察两组麻醉效果和血流动力学情况。结果:观察组麻醉后睁眼时间和拔管时间分别为(5.24±2.03)min和(10.56±3.57)min,显著低于对照组的(11.83±2.34)min和(14.21±4.18)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心率(HR)等血流动力学指标在手术期间均有所上升,但对照组上升幅度较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚靶控输注在老年肿瘤患者手术麻醉中效果显著,血流动力学稳定,临床应用价值较高。

Application of remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion in surgical anesthesia for elderly patients with tumors
Abstract:Objective:To study the application of remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion in surgical anesthesia for elderly patients with tumors. Methods :90 patients undergoing tumor resection in our hospital from October 2011 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with remifentanil intravenous combined anesthesia while the observation group was treated with remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion anesthesia. The anesthetic effects and hemodynamics in the two groups were observed. Results:The eye-opening time (5.24±2.03)min and extubation time (10.56±3.57)min of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (11.83±2.34)min,(14.21±4.18)min] (P<0.05). The hemodynamic parameters such as systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the two groups all increased during the operation, but the increasing amplitude in the control group was greater (P<0.05). Conclusion:Remifentanil combined with propofol target controlled infusion in surgical anesthesia for elderly patients with tumors has a remarkable effect and the hemodynamics is stable. The clinical application value is higher.
