| 摘 要： | 目的:建立区域协同社区卫生服务集成平台和运行机制,最大化利用有限的医疗卫生资源,降低医疗成本,提高医疗质量。方法:以面向服务的体系结构(service-oriented architecture,SOA)的方式进行社区卫生信息系统集成结构设计,实现面向服务的社区卫生信息系统集成,构建区域协同社区卫生服务信息系统平台。结果:使社区卫生服务信息系统能够基于SOA架构进行统一的信息交互,实现全局一致的信息共享模式。结论:该研究将对加快区域性医疗卫生信息化建设起到很好的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To build a regional cooperative community healthcare system in order to make the best use of the limited medical resources and to reduce medical costs as well as to improve the medical treatment quality.Methods The information integration system was designed based on SOA for community healthcare information collection and a community health service platform based on regional collaboration was built.Results Community healthcare information systems could uniformly exchange information based on SOA structure,and a medical information sharing mode was established.Conclusions The research greatly improves regional medical information services. |
