| 摘 要： | 磷酸钙陶瓷因具有良好的生物相容性和骨传导作用而成为人工骨的常用材料 ,但是 ,它们本身无骨诱导作用。将具有骨诱导作用的物质如 BMP、骨髓、生长因子等与磷酸钙陶瓷复合 ,可以克服磷酸钙陶瓷无骨诱导作用的缺陷

| Abstract: | Because of excellent histocompatibility and osteoconductive ability,Calcium phosphate ceramics are commonly used as bone substitutes.But they have no osteoinductive ability.The addition of osteoinductive materials,such as bone morphogenetic protein,bone marrow,growth factors etc.to these ceramics has been tested to overcome the shortness. |
