| 摘 要： | 目的应用高效液相色谱法测定银杏降脂胶囊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量.方法采用Diamonsil C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(23∶77)为流动相,流速:1mL·min-1,检测波长为320nm.结果线性范围为0.0964~0.482μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.00%,RSD=0.98%.结论该方法用于测定银杏降脂胶囊中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量,简便、快速、准确.

Determination the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Yinxing Jiangzhi Capsules by HPLC |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Yinxing Jiangzhi Capsules.METHODS The HPLC method was carried out on an Diamonsil C18 column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(23∶77),and detection wavelength was 320nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between 0.0964～0.482μg with a relation efficient of 0.9998.The average recovery of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and RSD were 98.00% and 0.98% respectively.CONCLUSION It was proved that the method was available,simple and accurate. |
