| 摘 要： | 目的评价高频超声对桥本甲状腺炎（HT）的诊断价值。方法2007年9月～2008年12月对32例HT患者（观察组）应用高频超声进行诊断，并与32例健康者（对照组）进行比较。结果观察组超声检查与临床诊断符合率为90．62％（29／32）。与对照组相比，观察组双侧甲状腺体积明显增大，前后径右叶、左叶及峡部明显增厚，PSV、ED及RI值均明显升高（均P〈0．001）。结论高频超声对HT的诊断具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of high-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis. Methods From September 2007 to December 2008,32 cases of HT were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound,and the control group of 32 cases was used as a compara- tive study. Results In the observer group ultrasonography diagnosis HT showed a rate of 90.62%（29/32）. In addition,compared with the control group,the observation group of bilateral thyroid volume increased diameter right lobe, left lobe and isthmus thickening obviously. In observer group HT patients with PSV, ED and RI values increased significantly and the difference was statistically tive in diagnosis stg of nificant （all P〈0. 001）. Conclusion high-frequency ultrasonography is effec the patients with HT. |
