家庭病床团队服务管理模式的现状与发展探讨

目的了解社区卫生服务中心开设家庭病床的基本情况及其影响因素,为新型卫生管理决策提供科学依据。方法对2006年1月1日-2008年12月31日虹口区新港社区卫生服务中心家庭病床工作汇总报表进行统计,分析家庭病床诊疗总人次、期内新建家庭病床数、撤床患者的治疗结果与动态、家庭病床患者住床总床日数、及期末实有家庭病床数等情况及其影响因素。结果家床患者的主要疾病是脑卒中、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、老慢支,占85.21%。2008年末与2005年末相比新建家床数增加13.90%。3年中好转和稳定的患者平均是98.31%,充分说明家床收治的慢性疾病患者的效果是好的。结论家庭病床的需求日益增大,组建家庭病床团队服务管理模式,让更多的患者及时得到综合性、连续性、可及性的服务,发展和完善家庭病床医疗服务,并使之成为社区卫生服务的有机组成部分具有重要意义。

The Status and Development of Family Beds Group Service's Model and Searching Community Hospital in District in Shanghai
