基层医院提高基础护理质量的管理策略

目的:探讨基层医院提高基础护理质量的管理对策。方法:将观察组40例患者按照优质护理服务工程要求,实施新的基础护理质量控制策略,强化落实基础护理。将对照组40例按照传统的护理管理方法实施基础护理。分析两组患者基础护理质量、护理工作满意度、护理投诉、不良事件、医院感染率等情况。结果:实验组基础护理质量、患者满意度明显高于对照组,护理投诉和不良事件例数、医院感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的基础护理质量控制策略,是提高基础护理质量的有效措施。
