| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创治疗腹膜后纤维化(RPF)患者的护理方法。方法:对10例RPF患者行微创治疗,同时给予精心护理。结果:本组2例行输尿管D-J管置入术,1例治愈,1例好转;3例行肾穿刺造瘘术,2例好转,1例死亡;5例行腹腔镜输尿管粘连松解术,4例治愈,1例好转。术后随访0.5～5.0年,3例肾功能恢复正常,2例肾积水患者积水消失,1例死于尿毒症。结论:对RPF行微创治疗患者加强护理,可确保治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。
