| 摘 要： | 目的 观察床边护理指引在支气管肺泡灌洗术中的应用效果.方法 从ICU东、西病区各随机抽取行支气管肺泡灌洗术的机械通气患者50例,分别作为实验组(东区)和对照组(西区),实验组护士在床边护理指引指导下进行操作配合,对照组无指引指导.观察2组患者术中低氧血症的发生率、手术时间及合作医生的满意度.结果 实验组术中低氧血症发生率明显低于对照组,手术时间显著短于对照组,合作医生的满意度高于对照组.结论 在支气管肺泡灌洗术中床边护理指引能有效地指导护士工作,值得临床推广应用.
