摘    要:目的 了解深圳市龙岗区外环境水体中肠道病毒的污染情况.方法 于2010年6~8月在龙岗区选择1个污水处理厂和2条河流作为采样点,使用荧光定量RT-PCR法对采集到的45份水样进行肠道病毒检测.结果 共检测水样45份,检出含有肠道病毒的阳性水样37份,总阳性率为82.22 %(37/45);以EV71的检出率最高(66....

Abstract:Objective To observe the contamination rate of human enterovirus in environmental water in Longgang district of Shenzhen city.Methods A total of 45 water samples were collected in 1 sewage farm and 2 rivers in Longgang district,and then detected for human enterovirus by RT-PCR method.Results The contamination rate of human enterovirus in environmental water in Longgang district was 82.22 %(37/45).According to the result of detected,the rate of EV71(66.67 %) was the highest,then was the other enterovirus(15.56 %),and no CoxA16 was found.The differentiation between river water and sewage was no statistically significant(χ2=1.150,P0.05).Conclusion EV71 and other enterovirus are detected in environment water of Longgang district,the most common contamination is EV71.
