| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨清咽滴丸在细胞水平及血清水平对柯萨奇病毒B3、B5（CVB3、CVB5）的抑制作用。方法：利用CPE法和MTT法在细胞水平上检验清咽滴丸抗CVB3、CVB5感染的作用;观察不同时间段的含药血清抑制CVB3、CVB5的情况,进而在血清水平上验证清咽滴丸的抗病毒作用。结果：（1）细胞水平上,清咽滴丸在7.81×10-5g/mL时对CVB3的抑制作用最好,在3.91×10-4g/mL时对CVB3的治疗作用最强。血清水平上,当血药浓度1：10且在灌胃65 min时对CVB3呈现最好的抑制作用,抑制率达到58.74%（P〈0.05）。（2）细胞水平上,清咽滴丸在7.81×10-5 g/mL时对CVB5的抑制作用最好,在3.91×10-5 g/mL时对CVB5的治疗作用最强。血清水平上,当血药浓度1：10且在灌胃85 min时对CVB5呈现最好的抑制作用,抑制率达到74.23%（P〈0.05）。结论：清咽滴丸有一定的抗柯萨奇病毒B3、B5的功效。
