| 摘 要： | 目的 观察疏经活络散熏洗与敷贴联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效.方法 将181例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为2组,对照组91例,口服甲氨蝶呤(10mg qw)、塞来昔布(0.2g bid)、羟氯喹(0.2g bid);实验组90例,在上述治疗基础上,使用疏经活络散熏洗与敷贴,每日1次,10日1疗程,共3疗程.结果 治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94.4%,明显优于对照组的82.4%,2组差异比较有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论 疏经活络散熏洗与敷贴联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎对临床症状缓解方面具有显著作用.
