VEGF-C在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

目的:在组织病理学水平探讨VEGF-C与宫颈浸润癌局部浸润、远处淋巴转移等的关系。方法:采用免疫组化LsAB法检测68例宫颈浸润癌组织、10例正常宫颈组织的石蜡标本中VEGF-C蛋白的表达;分析其与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理组织分级、淋巴结转移及间质浸润等病理特征的关系。结果:VEGF-C在正常组织中没有表达,在宫颈癌组织中高表达,并且与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级、淋巴转移、间质的浸润深度有关,而与组织病理类型无关。结论:宫颈癌组织中VEGF-C表达与宫颈癌的进展和淋巴转移有关。

Expression of VEGF-C in cervical carcinoma and its relation ship with clinical characters

Objective:To study VEGF-C in cervical carcinoma and its relation ship with depth of cervical infiltration and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF-C in formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded specimens of 68 primary invasive cervical carcinoma,10 normal cervical tissue.It's relation ship with cervical carcinoma clinical stage,pathological grade,pathological subtye,lymph node metastasis,et al.clinicopathological factors was analysed.Result:The expression of VEGF-C in cervical carcinoma was related with clinical stage,pathological grade,depth of cervical infiltration and lymph node metastasis,but not related with pathological subtype of cervical carcinoama.Conclusions:The expression of VEGF-C in cervical carcinoma was related with cervical carcinoma propress and lymph node metastasis.
