Application of "Taking the Man As Root"in Nursing Working

The author was based on nursing work and understood comprehensively the essential thought of "taking the man as root" and then explored the appling "taking the man as root" in nursing management and clinical nursing practice.The Author believed that reflection of human-centered management was to built co-operate relationship between nursing administrator and nurse, to set up good culture and spirit of a group,to arrange rational human resources,to apply in encouragement system and so on.On the other hand,reflection of human-centered nursing service was to have a good service attitude,to fulfill health education,to provide outstanding nursing skills,to create graceful environment.
