| 摘 要： | 文章主要梳理了目前国内部分试点地区长期护理保险的社区居家服务项目及标准,现阶段试点地区基本生活照料服务项目较为全面,上海市等部分地区已开展临床性质的专业护理,少数城市探索了心理、康复、辅具租赁、失智老人特殊服务。深入剖析并对比国外长期护理保险服务项目及标准的成熟经验,以试点地区经验为依据,提出了完善我国长期护理社区居家服务的思考:将个案化管理的思想融入长期护理服务,为将来的服务内容及标准的逐步拓展提供借鉴;中、重度失能老人接受服务的连续性有望进一步提升;关注失智人群的长期护理及老年人心理健康疏导;引导康复体系的逐步建立;器具租赁或购买以及房屋改造服务是保证老年人健康老龄化的更高要求。
