| 摘 要： | 通过对一起生产销售未取得卫生许可批件涉水产品的案件进行分析,探讨该案件违法主体、违法事实、适用法律等相关问题的合理性,并重点针对监督员在日常监督中存在的无法与当事人取得联系、产品标签说明书不符合相关要求等情况进行探讨,为卫生监督执法中出现此类情况提供参考。
