| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察蚕砂治疗气血两虚型缺铁性贫血的疗效及安全性 ,并与西药福乃得比较。方法 :15 9例气血两虚型缺铁性贫血患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别服用生血宁 (蚕砂提取物 )片、福乃得 ,治疗 4周。结果 :蚕砂能有效改善缺铁性贫血患者的实验室指标 ,治疗前后Hb、MCHC、SF有非常明显变化 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,MCV、MCH有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,疗效与西药福乃得 (维铁控释片 )比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组和对照组治疗前后中医症状积分变化均有非常显著的统计学意义(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :对缺铁性贫血 (气血两虚证 )的治疗疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and safety of Cansha content in the treatment of QIXUELIANGXU type of IDA,in comparison with Fulaide. Methods: 159 patients with QIXUELIANGXU type of IDA were randomized into two groups,treatment group (TG) and control group (CG),receiving Cansha content and Fulaide respectively for 4 weeks. Results: At end point,Cansha was able to improve effectively the information of the type IDA.Compared with the former,Hb,SF and MCHC changed significantly ( P <0.001),also MCV,MCH ( P <0.01).The effective rate was similar among two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Cansha content is safe and effective for the treatment of patients with type of QIXUELIANGXU. |
