摘    要:将免疫金银法应用于扫描电镜以研究带3蛋白(band3)在正常红细胞(RBC)及缺铁性贫血(IDA)的表达、分布以及与RBC骨架的关系。结果显示:RBCband3呈强阳性表达且分布较均匀。IDA阳性表达与细胞变形程度有关。提示,IDA可导致band3的缺乏以及影响RBC骨架的稳定。

Abstract:Immunogold silver staining was applied for scanning electron microscopy, study on the relationship of band 3 expression, distribution among normal erythrocytes, erythrocytes from iron deficiency anemia, and RBC crytoskeleton. The results suggested: a large number of positive markers were well distributed in normal erythrocytes, and the band 3 expression degree of iron deficiency anemia was relevant to the deformation of erythrocytes. It was indicated that iron deficiency anemia led to lack of band 3 and influenced the stability of RBC crytoskeleton.
