护肝片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝42例临床观察

目的观察护肝片治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的临床疗效.方法将我院2002年2月至2003年3月内科门诊的82例NAFL患者,随机分成两组,护肝片组42例,血脂康组40例.两组患者分别采用护肝片和血脂康进行治疗,并观察疗效.结果护肝片组总有效率为90.4%,明显高于血脂康组的77.5%;治疗后,护肝片组ALT由治疗前的(95.54±46.5)IU/L降至(36.28±10.55)IU/L,血脂康组由(95.35±48.41)IU/L降至(45.17±11.08)IU/L,两组比较有显著性差异.结论护肝片是一种安全有效的治疗NAFL的药物.

Evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Huganpian in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huganpian in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL). Methods Eighty-two patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver in clinic of our hospital were included, They were divided into two groups randomly. Forty-two patients were treated with Huganpian(Huganpian group) and the other forty patients were treated with Lovastatin (Lovastatin group). There were no significant difference in age, sex and length of nonalcoholic fatty liver of two groups. Results In Huganpian group, the level of improving liver function and total validity was higher than those in lovastatin group. There was no toxic reaction and side effect in Huganpian group. Conclusions The results suggest that Huganpian can be used to treat nonalcoholic fatty liver safety and effectively.
