| 摘 要： | 目的观察升血灵胶囊联合环孢霉素A(CSA)治疗重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的重型再生障碍性贫血62例,其中以升血灵胶囊联合CSA治疗34例为观察组,以单用CSA治疗28例为对照组。通过治疗后患者临床表现、血常规、造血干/祖细胞生长、部分细胞因子水平等指标观察升血灵胶囊的疗效。结果治疗组治疗后有效率为58.8%,对照组治疗后有效率为53.6%,两组疗效无统计学意义(P0.05)。但治疗组在减轻临床症状,缩短CSA治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的反应时间等方面优于对照组。结论升血灵可以成为SAA治疗中免疫抑制剂的有益补充,体现了中西医结合治疗的优势。
