黏附力测定新装置及其在预测中药喷雾干燥热熔型黏壁中的应用

摘    要:设计一套可测定黏附力的新装置,并利用此装置对中药提取液进行喷雾干燥热熔黏壁预测研究。该装置以物性测定仪为基础测试平台,添加一套提供热风的设备,并配上摄像头,温湿度探头等搭建而成,可以模拟喷雾干燥仪的干燥环境,分析药液的黏附性随干燥进程的变化。采用数据挖掘机器,建立预测喷雾干燥热熔型黏壁的模型并进行验证,结果显示该装置可以通过物料的黏附力预测喷雾干燥热熔型黏壁。研究还发现热熔型黏壁的物料黏附性随水分的蒸发而逐渐变大,不黏壁的物料的黏附力则是先变大后急速下降。
