全膝关节置换术中运动学轴线对位的概念与运用

全膝关节置换术后难以提高的患者满意度制约着手术效果的进一步提高。近年来运动轴线对位概念的提出引起了学者的关注。这种对位方式还原了膝关节的正常运动学轴线，因而有望进一步改善患者的功能恢复及生理感受。本文将从运动学轴线对位产生的理论依据，运动轴线对位的定义及手术原则，研究现状及目前关注的焦点几个方面作一综述，以期加深对这一概念的认识。

Current concept and application of kinematic alignment in total knee arthroplasty

The unresolved dissatisfaction fraction after total knee arthroplasty has been a bottleneck hindering its further development. Recently, a new concept called kinematic alignment arisen and is now drawing researcher’s attention. This kind of new alignment restores the normal kinematic axes of the knee, thus potentially improving functional recovery and perception of patient. This article summarized the theoretical basis, concept, basic implementation principles, current research status and concern of the kinematic alignment, in order to strengthen the understanding of kinematic alignment.
