| 摘 要： | 骨关节炎(OA)是一种临床上常见的慢性退行性疾病，是导致中老年人群行动下降和功能障碍的主要病因。自噬不仅是细胞维持代谢平衡和细胞器更新的重要机制，而且与OA的发生和发展也存在密切关系。本文就OA中软骨细胞自噬的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveOsteoarthritis (OA), a common chronic degenerative disease inclinics, is the main cause of the disability and dysfunction of middle-aged and elderly people. Autophagy is not only essential to the maintenance of metabolic balance and renewal of cellular organs, but also has close relationship with the occurrence and development of OA.This article reviewed the latest research progress of chondrocyte autophagy in OA. |
