The health care training programs （HCTP） in hospital are necessary for the constant development of hospital and it play an important role in the modem health care. In order to improve the quality of nursing services, medical staff should enhance cognition of the HCTP, and try to strengthen the professional knowledge and cultural qualities. For increasing the efficiency of HCTP, nurses should analysis the demands of patients, grasp the method of HCTP, and consider the different patients which are in different hospital-stage therapy. Patients can know more knowledge of therapy, care and prevention of illness by HCTP. Accordingly, the risk factor of health should be reduced or released, and the self-caring and self-hygiene abilities of patients should be improved.
