急性脑梗塞患者血中ET、LPO水平的测定及临床意义的探讨

目的:通过测定脑梗塞急性期血浆中内皮素(ET)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量变化,并与恢复期及正常人作对照,明确ET在脑梗塞病理损害中的可能作用机理.方法:用放射免疫分析方法测定血浆中ET水平,用改良的硫代巴比妥酸法测定LPO水平.结果:脑梗塞急性期ET、LPO均较恢复期及对照组明显升高(P<0.01),对脑梗塞急性期ET、LPO直线相关分析显示ET与LPO呈正相关(r=0.50,P<0.01).结论:ET致脑缺血性损害加重可能与自由基产生增加有关.

Clinical anylysis of ET and LPO levels in acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To investigate the patients with acute cerebral infarction, we measured plasma endothelin (ET) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: ET levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and LPO level swere assessed by improved thiobarbitureu acid method. Results: Plasma ET and LPO of patients in acute stage of cerebral infarction were higher than that of control subjects (P<0. 01), there was a positive correlation between plasma ET and LPO levels in patients of acute stage(r = 0.05, P<0.01) . Conclusion: These findings suggest that ET and LPO could be all involved in the pathological process of acute stage in patients with cerebral infarction, ET play a role in injury of ischemic brain tissue by the increase of LPO levels.
