脑出血患者血浆内皮素和自由基检测的临床意义及相关性研究

目的:探讨血浆内皮素(ET)和血清酯质过氧化物(LPO)在脑出血病理过程中的作用及相互关系。方法:测定了60例脑出血急性期和亚急性期血浆ET和血清LPO的水平,并分别与单纯高血压患者及正常人各30例作对照进行分析。结果:脑出血急性期血浆ET及血清LPO水平升高(P<0.01),其升高水平与神经缺损程度、出血量呈正相关,血浆ET含量与血清LPO呈直线相关关系。结论:ET与LPO在脑出血病理过程中具有一定作用,加重出血后脑组织损伤。

Clinical Aanalyses of the Detection of Plasma Endothelin and Free Radical in Patients with Cereoral Hemorrhage

Objectives to evaluate the relationship between plama endothelin(ET) and serum lipid peroxi-dation(LPO) in the patologic process of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with-cerebral hemorrhage whose serum ET and LPO in acute stage and sub - acute stage were measured, 30 patients with simple hypertension and 30 normal persons as the controls. Results TO showed that ET and LPO were increased in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage(P<0. 01), the increased value had positive correlation with the defect degree of nerves and the bleeding amounts, but it had no linear correlation with the degree of hematoma, the changes of ET level was related to the site of bleeding, th amount of ET had a linear correlation with LPO. Conclusions ET and LPO play certain roles in the pathologic process of cerebral hemorrhage, they can make the injury of brain tissues serious after bleeding.
