| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病的方法。方法对我科收治的16例急性非淋巴细胞白血病,应用小剂量阿糖胞苷和高三尖杉碱(HA方案)与G-CSF联合方案治疗。结果完全缓解率31.25%(5/16),占总数(CR PR)68.75%(11/16)。结论本方案可明提高急性非淋巴细胞白血病的缓解率,对过渡到标准剂量强化治疗创造机会具有积极的意义,可作为治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病较好的方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of small dose HA regimen with G-CSF in acute myeloc leukemia AML .Methods Sixteen patients were treated with small dose homoharringtonine and cytarabine HA combined with G-CSF.Results The complete rates CR was 31.25% 5/16 and respose rates CR PR was 68.75% 11/16 .Conclusion This therapy can obviously increase the remission rate of acute myeloc leukemia which provides a good opportunity for further standard chemical treament.Small dose HA regimen combined with G-CSF is a better choice for acute myeloc leukemia. |
