一氧化氮与变应性鼻炎

摘    要:一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)是一种结构极为简单的无机小分子,也是一种极不稳定的生物自由基,是由L-精氨酸在一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)催化下合成的生物活性物质,具有广泛的生物学作用。近年来研究发现鼻炎患者黏膜上皮、腺体及血管也均见NOS表达,其中腺体表达明显增高,提示NO在鼻黏膜腺体功能上起重要作用,并且发现变应性鼻炎影响着NO的水平变化。本文就近几年国内外研究者对NO和变应性鼻炎之间关系及可能的作用机制做一综述。

Nitric oxide and allergic rhinitis
Abstract:Oxide Nitric (NO) is a kind of small molecule with simple structure, which is a kind of very unstable free radical.NO is synthesized from L-arginine by catalysis of NOS. In recent years, the expression of NOS was found in the mucous epithelium, glands and blood vessels of the patients with rhinitis, and the expression of the gland was signiifcantly higher, which indicated that NO played an important role in the function of nasal gland function. And we found that allergic rhinitis (AR) affects the level of NO. In the past few years, the researchers of domestic and foreign pay attention to the relationship between nitric oxide and allergic rhinitis and the possible mechanism of action,whitch is reviewed in this essay.
