| 摘 要： | 咽喉反流性疾病越来越普遍和受到重视,但是咽喉反流的诊断和机制存在很多争议,目前即使作为诊断金标准的24小时多通道腔内阻抗联合pH监测也存在很多问题,本文就一种新型的口咽监测技术做一综述.

| Abstract: | Laryngopharyngeal reflux has became increasingly prevalent and received more and more attention.There are still some debates on the diagnosis and mechannism,even though the "golden standard"-the 24 hour multichannel intraluminal impendence pH monitoring has some defcts.In this paper,we reviewed the clinical application of the new monitoring technology. |
