早产相关因素的研究进展

早产是当今世界导致新生儿死亡率、发病率及远期并发症增加的主要原因，其具体影响因素目前尚未研究透彻。目前国内外对于早产影响因素的研究颇多，且诸多因素已被证实与早产有明显相关性，例如胎膜早破、多胎妊娠及胎盘因素。而产妇的个人因素、蛋白、多肽及基因等一直是早产相关因素研究的热点，该文就当前国内外关于早产相关因素的研究进行归纳总结。

Research process in correlative factors of preterm birth

Preterm birth remains the leading cause of neonatal mortality , morbidity and increasing long-term complications , but the concrete influence has not been realized .Today at home and abroad there are many researches on the influencing factors of preterm birth and some factors have been proven to be correlated with preterm birth , such as premature rupture of membrane , multiple pregnancy and placenta factors .The maternal personal factors , proteins , peptides and genes , and so on have been the focuses of the study on preterm birth related factors .This paper reviewed and summarized the current studies on preterm birth related factors .
