摘    要:目的 分析北京市大兴区手足口病的时空聚集性.方法 2012-2015年手足口病发病数据来源于中国疾病预防控制信息系统,描述病例发病时间和空间分布特征.使用SaT Scan9.4.1软件进行时空扫描分析,用ArcGIS 10.3软件进行结果可视化展示.结果 2012-2015年北京市大兴区共报告手足口病21 307例,其中2014年手足口病发病率最高(406.08/105).发病率空间分布呈现西部高于东部,北部高于南部的特征.时空扫描分析结果显示,时间聚集多发生在每年4-8月,空间聚集位于大兴区西北部,随着扫描半径增大,最可能聚集区域从黄村镇、兴丰街道向清源街道和西红门镇等周边邻近街乡扩散.结论 大兴区手足口病发病具有时空聚集性,分析结果为有针对性地开展手足口病防控提供科学依据.

Temporal and spatial clustering characteristic of hand-foot-mouth disease in Daxing, 2012-2015
Abstract:Objective To analyze the temporal and spatial clustering characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Daxing district.Methods The incidence data of HFMD from 2012-2015 were collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.Temporal-spatial distribution was described,space-time clustering was analyzed by SaTScan 9.4.1,and the results were visualized by ArcGIS 10.3.Results A total of 21 307 HFMD cases were reported in Daxing from 2012-2015,and the incidence of 2014 was highest among these four years(406.08/105).The incidence in western areas was higher than in eastern areas,in northern areas was higher than in southern areas.The space-time scan result demonstrated that the temPoral clustering was from April to August each year,the spatial clustering was in the west-northern areas of Daxing District.The scanning radius was increasing,the most likely cluster was spreaded from Huangcun,XingFeng to their nearby towns such as Qingyuan and Xihongmen,etc.Conclusions Significant temporal and spatial clustering are observed in HFMD incidence of Daxing,which provided evidence-based data for further prevention and control of HFMD.
