摘    要:目的:研究新生儿出生体重与出生月份的相关性,探讨季节对出生体重的影响,为做好围产期保健提供理论依据。方法收集西宁市三家医院2013年1至12月出生的足月单胎活产儿的出生记录资料,统计分析新生儿出生体重与出生月份的关系。结果全年新生儿平均出生体重为3286.6±412.7g,平均体重最高出现在10月份(3388.9±381.1g),最低在7月份(3189.3±395.8g)。男婴在4、5、9、10月份的平均出生体重均高于世界卫生组织的标准(t值分别为2.345、2.861、2.013、3.185, P<0.05),也高于其它月份的平均出生体重;女婴各月份的平均出生体重无明显差异。在4月份(7.9%)和9月份(10.5%)出生的巨大儿发生率高于全年(3.0%)水平(χ2值分别为9.130、6.542,均P<0.05)。结论不同月份出生的新生儿平均体重存在一定差异,巨大儿在春、秋季节发生率较高,要加强对预产期为春、秋两季的中晚期孕妇胎儿宫内发育监测,规范产检,提高新生儿出生质量。

Relationship between birth month and birth weight in some neonates in Xining City
Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between neonatal birth month and birth weight and the influence of season on birth weight so as to provide evidence for perinatal health care .Methods All the neonatal birth records of singleton full-term live-births from January to December in 2013 in three hospitals in Xining City were collected to analyze the relationship between neonatal birth weight and birth month.Results The yearly mean birth weight was 3 286.6 ±412.7g.The highest mean birth weight was found in October (3 388.9 ± 381.1g) and the lowest was in July (3 189.3 ±395.8g).The mean birth weight of males was higher in April , May, September and October than that of WHO criterion (t value was 2.345, 2.861, 2.013 and 3.185, respectively, all P<0.05), and it was also higher than that in other months .There was no significant difference in mean birth weight of females in different months .Compared with macrosomia incidence in all year (3.0%), there were higher macrosomia incidences in April (7.9%) and September (10.5%) (χ2 value was 9.130 and 6.542, respectively, both P<0.05).Conclusion There is certain difference in neonatal birth weight among different month.The incidence of macrosomia is higher in spring and autumn , so we should strengthen the prenatal examination and intrauterine growth monitoring of pregnant women who are forecasted to birth in spring and autumn to improve the quality of birth .
