摘    要:目的:探讨微量元素与早期自然流产相关性,为临床上防治早期自然流产提供理论依据和实践指导。方法收集2015年4月至2016年5月在西安交通大学第一附属医院就诊的早期妊娠妇女62名及未孕育龄妇女63名,分为自然流产组(31名)、正常早孕组(31名)、正常未孕组(31名)和有自然流产史未孕组(32名),采用原子吸收法检测4组妇女外周血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁元素的含量并进行比较。结果4组妇女血清中钙及铁水平存在明显差异(F值分别为2.73、4.76,均P<0.05);进一步组间两两比较发现,正常早孕组血清中钙的水平明显高于早期自然流产组(P<0.05),且血清铁水平明显高于早期自然流产组和有流产史的未孕妇女组(均P<0.05),正常未孕组妇女血清铁水平则明显高于有流产史的未孕组妇女(P<0.05),4组妇女血清中铜、锌和镁水平比较无明显差异( F值分别为0.16、1.23、1.30,均P>0.05)。结论血清钙及铁水平低与早期妊娠自然流产有一定的相关性,妇女在妊娠前和妊娠期应注意保持营养平衡。

Correlation between serum levels of trace elements and early spontaneous miscarriage
Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between levels of trace elements and early spontaneous miscarriage, so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for prevention of spontaneous miscarriage.Methods Sixty-two women at early pregnancy and 63 non-pregnant childbearing women visiting the First Affiliated Hospital in Xi ’ an Jiaotong University were selected, from April 2015 to May 2016, and they were divided into spontaneous miscarriage group (31cases), normal early pregnant group (31 cases), normal non-pregnant group (31 cases) and non-pregnant group with abortion history (32 cases).Serum copper, zinc, iron, magnesium and calcium were measured and compared among 4 groups.Results There were significant differences in mean serum calcium and iron levels among four groups (F value was 2.73 and 4.76,respectively,both P<0.05).Group comparison showed that the mean serum calcium and iron levels in normal early pregnant group were significantly higher than that in spontaneous miscarriage group (P<0.05), and that the iron level was higher than that in spontaneous miscarriage group and non-pregnant group with abortion history (both P<0.05).The iron level in normal non-pregnant group was significantly higher than that in non-pregnant group with abortion history (P<0.05).The mean serum copper, zinc and magnesium levels were not significantly different among four groups (F value was 0.16,1.23 and 1.30,respectively,all P>0.05).Conclusion Low maternal serum iron and calcium concentration may be associated with early miscarriage.Proper, adequate and balanced micronutrient before and during pregnancy is needed to prevent miscarriage.
