南京市婴幼儿家长对早期教育的满意度分析

摘    要:目的 评估南京市0~3岁婴幼儿家长对早期教育的满意度,为改善早期教育机构的服务质量及提高早期教育水平提供决策依据.方法 于2015年7至9月随机选取南京市10个社区作为研究现场,对0~3岁婴幼儿家长进行拦截式满意度调查,采用基于模糊集理论的模糊综合评价法进行满意度综合评估,并对结果进行分析.结果 问卷信度检验克朗巴哈系数为0.881,效度检验KMO值为0.838;其中南京市中心城区婴幼儿家长满意度评分为63.70分,认为早期教育最需要改进的前三位因素依次为:上课时间、教学效果、需求满足;南京市郊区婴幼儿家长满意度评分为60.95分,认为早期教育最需要改进的前三位因素依次为:教学效果、上课时间、需求满足.结论 南京市婴幼儿家长对早期教育的满意度介于"较满意"与"一般"之间,提示南京市早期教育机构应不断探索科学优质的教学管理模式,促进早期教育内涵建设,以改善家长满意度.

Analysis of parents' satisfaction on early-education for infants in Nanjing
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the satisfaction level of parents of 0-3 years old infants on early education in Nanjing so as to improve the service of early education institutions and to provide decision-making basis for improving the level of early education.Methods Altogether 10 communities in Nanjing were randomly selected as research sites and the parents of 0-3 years old infants were included in the satisfaction survey.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation ( FCE) was used to analyze parents' satisfaction level.Results The reliability test of the questionnaire showed that Cronbach's coefficient was 0.881, and KMO test value was 0.838.The satisfaction score of infants' parents who lived in urban Nanjing was 63.70.The top three items considered as needing to improve by urban parents were class time, teaching effectiveness and infants' demand.The satisfaction score of parents who lived in rural Nanjing was 60.95, and for them the top three items in need of improvement were teaching effectiveness, class time and infants' demand.Conclusion Satisfaction condition of parents on early education in Nanjing is between "satisfactory" and "general", suggesting that early education institutions in Nanjing should continue to explore scientific teaching skills and to improve the quality of early education and promote parents' satisfaction level.
