摘    要:铁离子参与了人体内多种代谢活动,特别是最近的研究发现铁离子与骨代谢也存在重要的相关性;铁离子与骨质疏松的基础研究中也已发现乳铁蛋白和乳酸亚铁与骨质疏松之间存在很重要的联系。笔者就临床中的一些疾病(股骨颈骨折、股骨头无菌性坏死、血液系统疾病导致的骨质疏松)与铁超载的相关性所进行的研究进展进行综述。同时,笔者希望铁代谢与骨代谢的研究对于骨骼系统疾病的诊断和治疗有所帮助。

Abstract:Ferriion participates many kinds of metabolic activity in human body. Especially the recent research discovered that there is important association between ferriion and bone metabolism. In the foundation research of ferriion and osteoporosis, it had the significant connection between osteoporosis and correlated product of ferriion, like lactoferrin and iron lactate. The review concerned the latest advancement of association between iron overload and some clinical diseases, including femoral neck fracture (FNF); femoral head aseptic osteonecrosis (FHAO) and osteoporosis induced by hematological system disease. We expect the study of iron and bone metabolism could be helpful for diagnose and therapy of clinical diseases of skeletal system.
