| 摘 要： | 目的：观察人工髋关节置换术后通过温针及完善的功能锻炼对髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法：将49例人工髋关节置换术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组25例采用温针及功能锻炼;对照组24例只采用功能锻炼。两组分别于治疗前、疗程后以及疗程结束第3个月时进行Harris髋关节功能评定标准评分,观察髋关节功能恢复情况。结果：治疗组与对照组比较,两组近期和远期Harris评分和疗效均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：温针配合功能锻炼可以加快髋关节功能恢复,促进康复。
