丙泊酚与七氟醚全身麻醉对颅脑外伤患者手术后神经损伤程度的影响分析

摘    要:目的:探讨丙泊酚与七氟醚全身麻醉对颅脑外伤患者手术后神经损伤程度的影响。方法:选取80例颅脑外伤患者,均为2018年10月-2019年10月期间收治,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=40)麻醉药物为七氟醚,观察组(n=40)麻醉药物为丙泊酚,分析血清脑损伤标志物、应激反应指标、术后不同时间MMSE评分。结果:观察组血清脑损伤标志物以及应激反应指标、MMSE评分相较于对照组低,P<0.05。结论:对接受手术的颅脑外伤患者实施丙泊酚全身麻醉对术后神经损伤程度较小,可减轻氧化应激反应,降低对认知功能的影响。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of general anesthesia with propofol and sevoflurane on the degree of nerve injury after surgery in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Method:80 patients with craniocerebral trauma were selected,and they were treated from October 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.(N=40)The anesthetic was propofol.Serum brain injury markers,stress response indicators,and MMSE scores at different times were analyzed.Results:Serum brain injury markers,stress response indicators and MMSE scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:General anesthesia with propofol for patients undergoing surgery for traumatic brain injury can reduce the degree of postoperative nerve injury,reduce the oxidative stress response,and reduce the effect on cognitive function.
