Oxidative sterol binding protein-related protein 9 polymorphism is associated with changes in lipid levels in patients with myocardial infarction after treatment with rosuvastatin and atorvastatin.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of oxidized sterol binding protein-related protein 9 and the change of lipid level in patients with myocardial infarction after treatment with rosuvastatin and atorvastatin.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,70 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to Chuzhou First People's Hospital were treated with rosuvastatin and atorvastatin.The genotype polymorphism of oxidized sterol binding protein-related protein 9 was detected.Allele frequency and the balance of Hardy-Weinberg were analyzed.Combined with the changes of blood lipid levels before and after treatment,the polymorphism of ORP9 gene rs856600 and rs768529 was analyzed to determine the effect of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin calcium on lipid-lowering efficacy and the correlation between them.Results The SNP gene loci of oxysterol binding protein related protein 9 include rs856600 and rs768529,and the gene distribution of each site was in accordance with the hardy-weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).The levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of 70 patients with myocardial infarction showed a tendency to decrease after 1 month of treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction of TG in TT genotype patients after treatment was significantly higher than that in(TC+CC)genotype(P<0.05),but different genotypes had no significant effect on TC and LDL-C(P>0.05).However,the reduction of blood lipid indicators TC,TG and LDL-C in GG genotype patients after treatment was significantly higher than that in AA+AG genotype(P<0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of oxidized sterol binding protein-associated protein 9 gene and GG genotype were associated with the lipid lowering effect of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin.
