循证理论的多维护理对老年髋部骨折患者并发症与生活质量的作用研究

目的:研究在老年髋部骨折患者中应用循证理论多维护理对其并发症及生活质量的影响。方法:将80例髋部骨折老年患者作为本次研究对象,以上患者入院时间分布于2018年1月-2019年11月间,在随机抽签分组后80例患者被分为40例对照组及40例观察组,并在护理中分别应用常规模式和以循证理论为基础的多维模式,将观察组及对照组患者的生活质量及并发症发生率进行比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者具有较高的生活质量及较低的并发症发生率,且以上数据的组间对照证明P<0.05,有显著性统计学意义存在。结论:对于髋部骨折的老年患者,应用以循证理论为基础的多维护理可使患者生活质量提高,并显著降低并发症发生率,临床应用效果显著。

The Effect of Multi-dimensional Nursing Based on Evidence Theory on Complications and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

Objective:To study the effects of evidence-based multidimensional nursing on complications and quality of life in elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture as the research object,the above patients admitted to hospital time ditribution in 2018 between January and November 2019,after a random lottery group 80 patients were divided into 40 cases of control group and 40 cases of the team,and application of conventional mode in the care and multidimensional model,based on the the-ory of evidence-based group and control group patients quality of life and complications for comparative analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher quality of life and a lower incidence of complications,and the inter-group control of the above data showed a statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:For the elderly patients with hip fracture,the application of multi-dimensional nursing based on evidence-based theory can improve the quality of life of the patients,and significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
