Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided anti-inflammatory injection combined with needle lysis in the treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 150 elderly patients with flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis in the flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon in the Beijing Huairou Hospital,from January 2016 to November 2019 were divided into 3 groups by random number table method,50 cases in each group.Group A was treated with ultrasound-guided anti-inflammatory injection combined with needle lysis,group B was treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous lysis with a small needle knife,and group C was treated with ultrasound-guided simple anti-inflammatory injection.The total clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared the 7th,30th d after treatment.Diseased finger pain visual analogue score(VAS)of patients in the three groups were also compared before treatment,the 7th,30th d after treatment,as well as postoperative complications.Results The total effective rate of patients in group A was 98.00%,much higher than that of group B(84.00%)and group C(82.00%)at the 7th d after treatment,and the total effective rate of patients in group A was 96.00%,significantly higher than that of group B(78.00%)and group C(76.00%)at the 30th d after treatment,there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).The comparison of the VAS scores of the three groups before treatment[(6.70±1.31)vs.(7.20±1.43)vs.(6.80±1.45)points],the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);The VAS score of group A at the 7th,30th d after treatment were(1.55±0.45)and(0.93±0.50)points,which were lower than group B and C[(2.60±0.57),(1.60±0.46)points;(2.30±0.42),(1.90±0.63)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications of group A,group B and group C was 0,8.00%and 0,respectively,the incidence of complications in group B was significantly higher than that in groups A and C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided anti-inflammatory injection injection needle lysis for the treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis in the elderly has good clinical efficacy and high safety,can effectively improve pain and is worthy of clinical application.
